The Starfish Thrower

One day, a man walking along a beach saw thousands of starfish washed ashore. He noticed a child picking them up one by one and throwing them back into the sea.


Curious, the man asked, "Why bother? There are too many. You can’t make a difference."

The child smiled, picked up another starfish, and tossed it back into the ocean. "It made a difference to that one," she replied.

Moral: Small actions can create big impacts.
